I could fix the structure in a couple of days. I've got the skills and experience and I would be totally willing to do it. It would actually be a fun job. But we're talking major surgery here - head transplants, reducing the number of legs from five to maybe two, moving the position of the eyes and ears - and clearly this requires some kind of prior engagement and buy-in from the stakeholders. It's not something that I can just jump into on a whim and mold it in my own image. Restructuring within a handbook I've done (theming guide and developer guide etc) but ripping out several major structures completely and creating new guides is a different story.
